About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Food and Beverage Attendant to join our Conference team on an ongoing and full time basis. The position will provide support to the Conference Centre by delivering and providing exceptional customer service to clients and staff. Part-time hours will also be considered on application. Must be available and prepared to work outside normal working hours as night and weekend work may be required. The full-time commencing salary is $47,433 per annum plus 10.5% superannuation and annual leave loading (pro rata part-time). About you: - Committed and passionate in delivering and providing all aspects of service to a high standard and professional manner.
- Ability to work autonomously and also enjoy collaborating in a team
- Ability to provide consistent and seamless service during peak times.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
- Previous hospitality experience and or experience in a similar environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and staff at all levels.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food and beverage stocktake, stock rotation, health and safety procedures and cooking standards.
- Genuine passion for food and beverage.
- Have a Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Handlers Certificate
