Food and Beverage Attendant
  • Full-Time or Part Time Opportunity

  • Full-time commencing salary is $47,433 per annum plus 5% superannuation and annual leave loading (pro rata part-time)
  • Full-time or Part-time Opportunity

Key Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Provide a high standard of client service delivery throughout the duration of the function.
  • Provide assistance in day to day food and beverage service tasks as required.
  • Assist the Central Kitchen with preparation before and during functions.
  • Ensure fridge and stock levels are maintained.
  • Provide support and assistance to Retail Outlets as required.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • A Trade Certificate or Completed Year 12.
  • Previous hospitality experience and or experience in a similar environment
  • Have a Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Handlers Certificate
  • Committed and passionate in delivering and providing all aspects of service to a high standard and professional manner with the ability to provide consistent and seamless service during peak times.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and staff at all levels.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of food and beverage stocktake, stock rotation, health and safety procedures and cooking standards.
  • Ability to work autonomously and also enjoy collaborating in a team.
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
  • Genuine passion for food and beverage.
