An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced content developer to join our e-Learning team at William Angliss Institute.

The primary purpose of this role is to create new high quality, interactive e-learning programs, resources and assessment for the Institute and to convert existing resources into innovative e-materials for embedding into our Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle.

In order to be successful in this role you will have a tertiary qualification, preferably in the area of instructional or web design. You will have extensive experience in using and supporting an LMS, the application of e-learning pedagogy and adult self-learning principles, especially in producing SCORM content with SCORM Authoring Tools. Graphic design and multimedia experience especially in video capture technologies are also highly desirable skills for this position.

Key Selection Criteria for this position are:

• A tertiary qualification, preferably in the area of instructional or web design
• Demonstrated experience in the application of e-learning pedagogy and adult self-learning principles to the development of online teaching resources with an LMS
• Excellent visual design skills and the ability to storyboard using Scorm/ CMS authoring tools to create learning material.
• Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven experience in designing and creating e-learning content
• Multimedia experience including experience with an LMS
• Demonstrated behaviours that align with the William Angliss Institute Values.
